All you are offering is sarcastic remarks. Its the sign of your weak and irrelevant arguments.

How about you offer a logical response for concessions?

Plenty have laid out reasons why PSA is getting an awful deal, what is your rebuttal?

How is it your responsibility as a pilot to help the company buy equipment that'll improve their bottom line? Why are you offering to do the job for less when you are about to become a very valuable commodity?

What would it take for you to vote no? How much worse does the offer have to be?

Thank you.

Offer isn't that bad to those seeking career progression anywhwre and QOL improvement in their early years.

It's up to the pilots because we get to vote. It's that simple.

I can't believe I'm reading this. That offer was crap and a joke to any professional pilot. If you are all such family men would you take this crap contract if you had a son or daughter leaving high school wanting to start a pilot career? Pilots have destroyed the regional industry with fear of losing a job. This is the only industry I have worked in where this flies at all. Go ask a construction worker to take a 10% pay cut so they can secure more contracts. Everyone on the job site would walk off. How is it that mechanics and auto workers can stand up for themselves? Is that out of the question for pilots!

The seniority system and the RLA among other things make this an apples and oranges argument.

Concessions are concessions does not matter but if you want to look at it that way the next time your in a crew hotel with railroad workers ask them if they would take pay cuts. Conductor starts at $85,000 a year and they seem to be doing fine regulated by the railway act.

Stop with the ifs ands and buts... enough justifications. You are being asked to take concessions from a company posting record profits. Grow some balls and just say no.

When I worked construction we did vote in a paycut. I was in the plumbers union as I worked through college and paid for flight training. At one point we also had to pay 5% working dues. Of course, a lot of guys toured the country, leaving their families behind looking for work. The grass isn't always greener.

I've already voted no there tough guy.

I was just pointing out that his argument is unrealistic....A construction worker, mechanic, whatever else you want to name vs an airline pilot is not a valid argument as an airline pilot's experience(for pay and QoL) does not transfer over to his next airline job.

4) Said competitor is growing, and will likely make gains in the very near future.

5) PSA taking concessions for 30 airplanes and interviews at Airways is STILL acceptable.

You're questioning MY logic? Enjoy your weekend.
Will you pick up my unemployment tab in a couple years?

Are you really this gullible?
