Ok can we go back to the topic.

By the way 17 new hires next week and projecting 20 in October. Still no upgrade announcement.

Looks like their preparing for growth. You think they'd let a pilot vote be the ultimate decider? Nope, if we grow or shrink, it has nothing to do with our TA. Vote NO.

I guess you must fly Westbound every trip, there and back, so the sun is up when you take off and when you land!

Impressive.

Today voting opens and I have high hopes for our brothers and sisters at PSA. Please don't fall for an interview when you know they can give you actual jobs. And ask for a defined fleet plan when you come back to the table. They will come back to the table. Kirby said it himself. I know 3 FOs at my regional that have been hired at United in the last 2 months. Plenty of captains as well. The industry is changing and allowing concessions is playing into their hands. This is not the time to fold an excellent hand. Hold strong, stand tall, and we will do the same at our respective airlines. Lets build this thing into an amazing story of solidarity. This is your turn PSA. The industry is watching.

From what I was just told they are going to go back to Eagle giving them the same deal regardless of what happens in this vote. If we vote it down and Eagle votes it down then Mesa is next in line. If we vote it down US Airway MGT told PSA they are going to shut us down in 2020. Awesome!!

You won't see one until the vote is over for the LOA.

Almost everyone on property could and probably should be gone by 2020. That's not much of a threat.

I'd prefer not to wear a radiation detector during my work hours. I also prefer not to do the majority of my flying between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, colloquially referred to in the passenger segment as a "high speed", "stand up", "Continuous Duty Overnight", or the NWA version "illegal".

So, no, I'd rather not trade places. Oh and having to go to Memphis for any sort of training is not high on my list of things to repeat.

7 years is an eternity in this industry as it is in most. I wouldn't concern myself what might happen in 2020 based on what they tell you or how it would appear. Just look back 7 years from today and you will see significant differences across nearly all airlines, both major and regional. I would doubt if they even had a clue what might happen in 7 years considering the volatility of the economy and this industry.

Secondly, based on what I know about your TA and how vague the language is (or lack of language I should say), I hope you guys (PSA pilots) or anyone else (Eagle, Mesa, etc.) would not accept such a ridiculous proposal.
