Over the life of the TA. I would lose $90,000 if vote in.
Some people more some less. If an f/o upgrades quicker that number would most likely drop by $25k.
Capping at year 12 is fine, if that is TOS. But with this TA some will be grandfathered in higher while others might not ever get there.

The issues i have is that Kirby wants the regionals to be ultra cheap. Match Delta. But at the same time giving bonuses to all the mainline pilots when the merger is completed. I wasn't responsible for putting mainline size airplanes at the regional level. Nor should i be responsible for taking a pay cut because of it either. Give me a $100,000 signing bonus and I will change my vote to yes. Till then…..

You'd think Parker could come up with something better than mimicking Richard Anderson. Rather than argue with regionals over nickels (in their eyes), why not come up with another way to be competitive with DAL? Perhaps enhance the garbage domestic product both airlines (USAirways and AA) offer?

Parker is as stupid and anyone who votes yes for this TA.

The AA pilots didn't give this away, the judge threw away the APA CBA and this is how this was lost. Now as far as AE, we had guys roll over and have the company 30+ million in concesion but kept longevity and pay rates. But we did take a compensation hit, the W2 have shrunk.

Pinnacle guys went to the judge, Eagle guys didn't!

PSA is voting for concessions in return for airplanes to possibly do Flying another regional currently does, you are being asked by a profitable Airline making record profits to underbid other pilot groups while there aren't pilots to replace you. PSA isn't being asked for cuts to keep what they have, you are being asked to undercut other regionals. We don't know if the airplanes are growth or replacements since the bullet language is weak and leaves much to the imagination.

It's a turd and you can polish it all you want. Eagke guys rolled over the first time and stood up the second time, Pinnacle guys caught like hell but rolled over when the big hammer was brought out. I am straight shooter and gladly debate with you about facts anytime!

I don't care about what PSA did in the past, I care about what PSA will do over the next two weeks as you vote to underbid other regionals or stand your ground!!!

Please don't bother argueing with Meyers. In case you missed it, here a link to how he spends his free when he's not on apc. What kind of a man do you think he is? His opinion should mean absolutely nothing to you.

Never said it was a reason to vote yes. I just answered the OPs question.

You will get everything you deserve one way or another with your attitude. Best of luck to you pilot group, it would be better served without you.
Yes sir because you and every other AE and PDT pilot knows what is best for PSA...... Hmmm.

Well if you were here in 2004 then you should quote things right.... PSA said no and you implied they had said YES. You further got the 2010 LOA wrong and that was because there was nothing in our CBA about rates on CRJ900s. They were on PAR and above Mesa at the time. It was by no means a under bid. Mesa faced issues back in 2010 and US Airways thought about placing those planes else where. Also in 2010 Mesa had AWFUL performance. So US Airways isnt allowed to shop that around in 2010?

Funny how yet if GoJets has bad numbers its ok for DAL to shop that around? When Mesa on the UAL side had awful numbers you all were ok with that possibly being removed? Yeah....

It absolutely amazes me that our MEC even accepted this garbage. The only people who will not feel the pain are the top 30%. I hope the other 70% has the guts to vote no.

Oh who is flying CRJ900s for American? So now you are saying that RAH underbid AE and stole flying? Using your logic here? Oh wait that's right its called a business..... RAH was cheapest and thus are flying E175s for AA. So in business do you not want to stay in business or do you do what you can to shut a place down?

I will not be taking a pay cut with this deal.... SO I am suppose to say NO?

Vote by knowing every aspect of the deal and do a pro vs con. Then consider how its going to affect your life and those at the company (on property now and those that will come after).

Regardless of anything, don't worry we are not trying to convince you to say NO seeing as how you have already made up your mind. Either way, we (from the other regional groups) hope that your pilot group (not you) will see the deal for what it is. Good Luck!
