I am not celebrating anything. I am just merely pointing out that for some reason AMR management decided to stand by their word and I was skeptical of it. How the rest of it plays out, only time will tell.
At XJT, we already got management throwing out the fear grenade with loss of airframes. They could tell us that we will get a 100 aircraft with the new TA and my vote will still be NO.

You could not be more wrong. I fly a prop now dude. Nothing to do with SJS. Shiny upgrade syndrome? Ya ok I'll take that. I do want the fastest path to the left seat. Who doesn't. If it is wrong to want to double my current paycheck and log valuable PIC time then so be it. I dont work there and didn't vote on this contract. It passed. If eagle was doubling their fleet I would want to work there. I have several friends at eagle. Being happy for a pilot group getting more flying hence upgrades hence more money in their pockets is not SJS. SJS would be, "I didn't wanna work there because of the 200's but now they have 900's I'm in!!" And that's not what I'm saying at all.
