We probably only have 10 to begin with. Adding 10 is a significant increase.

Regardless as the interviews kick in, and job offers are extended in seniority order per contract, we need to expect some of our senior folk to leave, including the ones that are sim instructors etc. But I also say.... You can expect hiring to increase soon.

Looks like some of the flying was returned from CLT back to the outstations. CLT is down 5 lines DAY is up 4 and TYS is up 1.

Any gouges on the current interview? Most importantly info on the written test is the one that makes me the most nervous. A profile for the sim portion would be nice just so I know what to expect but not worried about it. To all that have helped thanks much. This group has been far and away the most helpful of any pilot group out there on this forum. Would be nice to join the group.
