I've been on MIL leave for the past two years, so I'm kinda out of the loop.

Does anyone know if the DAY hotel/training center still exist or is all the training completed in CLT now?

Thanks in advance!

The hotel is closed, but the training center is still open.

I belive it will be staying open, and they will raze the hotel portion.

Training as mentioned will remain in DAY. I believe its a deal with the city on the facility there and the lease we have.

You will stay at the Holiday Inn in Englewood. There's plenty to eat such as Buffalo Wild Wings etc.. You will also be based in TRNG status and thus be given a hotel and 24/7 per diem... Your base will be awarded according to the contract and bid process...

The new hotel at the airport is under construction. DAY has made huge movement in updating the airport and facilities as CVG continues to be more expensive to fly out of and thus shrinks...

Congrats to those whom are coming back... I hope to see you all very soon!!! Let me know if anyone would like to get together Sunday night before you go to class...
