Unfortunately JR would not be the best source for that. Reason I say that is because last time we all found out, via forums etc., before he and or WB knew about such..... They actually found out after we asked them about it and DOJR at the same confirmed such.... Anyways with that I would say we are a LOT better staffed then we were. HOWEVER when you only upgrade a handful and recall 40 it leaves you in a rather less then favorable position..... With that attrition is slow if not happening at all.... The best thing we can HOPE for is that some of the pilots hire at Mainline are asked to go to a class.... If that happens then I cannot see as to how we would not recall some more....
If I hear anything I will let you know.... Myself and the furlough coordinator try to get updates about such from HR.... As of my last convo there were nothing in the talks. However, we were not planning on doing more FA's this year and that has changed recently due to the Holidays and people leaving..... Hang in there.... HOPEFULLY soon...

November 29th is confirmed. Class of 6 pilots. Please have some patience as HR works the list. Most bypass will do it again as many are in jobs making more money... So far they made it through 11. 4 have bypassed, 7 waiting for responses... All 7 are previous bypass. Again if I get an update ill pass it along.

Even with the recalls earlier this year I still belive we are under staffed but I don't forsee any more reacalls this year or early next year. We will problably recall again and maybe hire IF and WHEN mainline recalls IF they honor the few that are here that were "hired" a while ago.

26. These coming back have been on the street for about 2.5 years. We have 13 whom have never had a chance to accept a recall... Assuming the first 6 of those 13 get asked and accept we could look at 7 whom have yet to have an opportunity at recall (BEST CASE out there)...
With 26 still on furlough and the same recall rate it would be a year plus before wed have a need to hire (assuming all 25 are coming back whom are going to be left on furlough after this class).

So you think any of those 13 will have the opportunity to accept or bypass this round? how about the guys who already bypassed the previous rounds?

It is impossible to say. All I know for certain is one of the previous bypass pilots has no intention of coming back. However many are on commitments over seas, in the military etc. Without talking with each individual pilot about their current situation we really cannot even guess... We can only assume based on previous recalls where the list might start accepting... Again perfect world the 13 whom have never had a chance to come back will get a chance this time. But again it is really hard to guess...
