You think it sux that bad?Go to xjet then.Parking planes left and right,7 or 8 year fo's that cant even think about upgrade anytime soon,go to republic or gojet, with the winter months fast approaching and no cancellation pay.Go to airwis,no flying scheduled beyond next year and an old aging 50 seater fleet.Try mesa, possible quick upgrade but pos contract and pay. There is silver airways for you and a $12,000 bonus to fly old props on short legs, 6 or 7 legs a day 5 to 6 days a week.Trans states?Aging fleet of 145s,but wait. They just ordered some new e175s that wont be here until 2020????LOL REALLY??? That's just a ploy to keep people hanging aroung. Then there is compass. If they will hire you, probably not a bad gig, just pay for your own housing and transportation during training and sim.Skywest???Good company,no doubt if you live in the Midwest or out west or don't mind the commute. But plan on being a professional gear slinger for atleast 5 or6 years.
Commutair is not a bad deal if you like the northeast and the dash.
So........ you may not have it as bad as you think you do.

I find it amusing that USAirways just posted more record profits. I'm sure we had nothing to do with that though. So yeah. You keep drinking that company kool-aid and getting your little friends to come work here. Best of luck to you.

I never said who I worked for and besides every man should do whatever is best for him and his situation. This industry was screwed up long before you and I got into it and will be screwed up long after we are gone. Most of the regional operators that are around now never imagined themselves as big as they are now 15 -20 years ago. Couldn't and didnt handle growth and compensation properly and it snowballed into the cluster we have today. To constantly blame people today for mistakes that have been years in the making is insane to me.
