So if one would say, log 1000 hours with 45 days to go till the end of the year, you get 45 days of paid vacation?

The problem is that now the 1,000 is in a rolling 365days, not calendar year.

I don't think they are planning on going any further west than the Mississippi... ORD is rumored to become a crew base once the 700's start coming online. But for now it will remain CLT, TYS, and DAY. PSA does do some overnights out west but no bases if that is what you are asking.
