If it is a non-flying job, I don't think that they care at all as long as it doesn't interfere with your job.

It will be hard to do during training, as you are pretty busy with classes and studying.

That shouldn't be a problem. I have a good management team and I think they like it better when I am not around.

What are the chances of a newbie getting domiciled in CLT?

You likely won't get it immediately, but you should be able to get CLT within a few months. FWIW, I was in class last June, and I was awarded CLT effective January 1.

At the rate they seem to be getting guys through sims, IOE, etc, that means some might get it right after IOE.

^^what they said^^

prob won't get it right away but after 2-3 classes behind you (right about the time you finish training) you'll be able to get it. I'd plan on a month in Day/Tys.

Thanks everyone. I find my self at a crossroads and quite possibly having to start from square one after 12 years in corporate/135. Hoping to not have to move by getting domiciled close to home.
