I don't expect to change your mind about how your pilot group is perceived. Someone said it best before when describing PSA pilots as "those mother ****ers!" It's not without reason I can assure you that. Whether I was on property for the vote or not, I would absolutely be ashamed to tell others that I'm a pilot for PSA. I'm sure some of you actually say American Eagle, rather then PSA, lol.
We get it, you and some people don't like PSA, give it up! If it makes you feel better about yourself to repeatedly come on here and rant then by all means but you are getting olddddddddd. Yawnnnnnn

Most likely 2 or 3 months on reserve there.

Seriously, show me where this caveat is that PSA would be shut down, I'm curious now.

Parker has said time and time again that he wants the flying to be done by the wholly-owned, so do you really think that every single airplane they had on order was going to be farmed out to Mesa, Compass, GoJet, etc; Seriously, do you really think that that was the future had PSA said no?
Let's review some history and compare and contrast PSA and Envoy,....... one more time.

1(a) Parker offers PSA pilots new CRJ 900 jets in exchange for concessions. PSA Pilots say no, and those jets went to Mesa.
1(b) Parker offers Envoy pilots new E-170 jets in exchange for concessions. Envoy pilots say no, and those jets went to Compass.

2(a) Parker offers PSA pilots new jets in exchange for concessions. PSA pilots say no and Parker sent those jets to Republic.
2(b) Parker offers Envoy pilots new E-170's in exchange for concessions. Envoy pilots say no and Parker sent those jets to Republic.

3(a) Parker again offers new CRJ 900's to PSA pilots in exchange for concessions, with the caveat that the airline would be shut down if they said no again. PSA pilots took the deal.
3(b) Parker again offers new E-170's to Envoy pilots in exchange for concessions, with the caveat that the airline would be shut down if they said no again. Envoy pilots took the deal.

So as we can clearly see, it's ok for Envoy pilots to take a deal in order to save their jobs,....... but it's not ok for PSA pilots to take that same deal in order to save THEIR jobs.

Fixed it for ya!

Do you really not see that the PSA and Envoy votes, threats, intimidations, and eventual acceptance of the deal MIRROR EACHOTHER?!??!

I've tried to spell it out for you in the simplest possible terms! Are you THAT dense? Or are you just THAT angry and trying to find someone else to blame for your lot in life?

You don't think that did any damage by precedent? Mainline contracts are usually 3-5 years and regionals are 5-10 now. I could be talking out of my you know what, but glass houses man. You say PSA damaged the industry, buy I say Eagle did no help by voting in an almost 2 decade contract.

Wow, sounds like Envoy pilots are ruining the industry by voting in such a lengthy contract, even the ones that were just hired last year, yeah them too.

looking back in history.. when have the airlines (regional's in this case) ever done what was smart. They may or may not have closed psa/envoy if a third no vote was given. But don't for a second think that if they didn't close them down that it was because of forward thinking. That is just not how the top thinking generally goes.

I voted no on the envoy contract and then came to PSA. How does it make me a bad person for getting tired of receiving nothing but bad news for almost 4 years and wanting to improve my QOL? I now live in base and only saw two days of reserve. I did my part in the "fight" but there comes a point where you have to do what's best for you. Being miserable at a dead end airline while commuting was not how I was going to move forward.

So with all do respect, your opinion means nothing to me.
