Wow that's a 50% reduction in new hires from previous 40/mnth. Was about time newbies realize PSA isn't the place to go anymore & how they'll be stuck at the bottom for a Very long time. Not to mention NOT having a actual flow thru, only to offer a interview at AA at a rate of 4/mnth which turns out to +20 yrs for a new hire.
Piedmont & Envoy with Actual flow thru agreement, NO interview direct class entry, (3/mnth & 30/mnth) takes you about 6 yrs for as a new hire to flow to AA. Be ahead of the curve, seniority is everything! Good luck!

the only people turned down so far have told the interviewers to their face "i dont want to work for AA".
Also, if they do turn you down, they must tell you why, and you afforded another interview in the near future to 'improve your deficiency'.
So they can't just tell you no because you are ugly or fat or have 6 fingers on each hand.

Some important things to consider in my opinion...
The 3 wholly owned airlines are going to be great places to be as more and more flying comes back in house over the next few years. All 3 airlines will grow more than published. PSA will in fact, get real flow soon. At this point in the cycle PDT will get you to AA the fastest in a flow situation followed by ENY followed by PSA. EACH one of the 3 will have their moment in the sun repeatedly over the next 7--10 years. Each airline has something that is superior to the other 2 somewhere in their contract.
Maybe it's time to just support each other at the wholly owneds.

Then quit envoy, they voted yes in the latest contract. I can't believe your calling your coworkers that. You are a total disappointment.

My thoughts exactly. Very inspiring words and advice that should be heeded by any rational member of the AAG wholly owned clan.

I rember when Endeavor was telling new hires it would be 2 years to upgrade and a class date with Delta in 5. How'd that work out?
