Slightly possible but not likely.
You could do things like have the last few days of the month off and blend into days off in the first few days of a new month. Also, reserve days can be moved around provided they day you want to drop doesn't cause the number of reserves for that day to dip below the required level.

Right now there are so many people on reserve that you can swap around to have off pretty much any day you want. I'm sure that will change once the ball starts rolling.
