Have you ever heard...

It's not about quantity, it's about quality???

You can't answer the questions?

Do your company manuals even address outside flying?

What is the minimum notice for long term training events? It sounds like there isn't any?

When do you get CASS jumpseat approval? Somebody is saying it after finishing training; up to 8 months?

These are issues people need to be aware of. Not all regionals are the same.

Oh, to answer your question. How was PSA hiring right before all the good news? Guess where Envoy is now. People always talk about getting in early; well the handwriting is on the wall for PDT & ENY.

Oh, any update yet on how that negotiation went to change from PSA interviews to an actual flow like PDT and ENY already have?

Yes, we are still turning people away who end up at your place.

Worse, rumor has it that Mesa trolls your parking lot on interview days for the ones even you wouldn't hire.

The irony; they all end up flying AAG passengers.

Wow. The maturity (or lack thereof) of so many here is frightening. Maybe the FAA needs to change the ATP min age to 35?

What PSA should do is what they've done in the past: furlough or fire all the excess bodies. Then you won't have to worry about studying, CASS, consolidation, or any of that silly stuff. Right, bro?

You guys don't get that either?
When I got hired it was right away, but that was years ago. I don't have any idea what it is now.

Question: Are you even qualified to be up there via CASS if you have no ATP?

Another PSA thread? PSA is like Donald Trump... More publicity on these threads, negative or positive, is a win for them. STAHP!

Neither do ground instructors or upper management types who are allowed on the Jumpseat.

You don't need to be in CASS to Jumpseat in company metal. But you do to Jumpseat on other carriers.

My airline takes OAL dispatchers, which means they're in CASS.
