Also, does anyone know, if you fail American's cog, how soon you can reapply? I know with Delta it's 3 months. Someone told me if you fail the cog at American, you're just done. No reapply. That don't sound right.

the top 140-150 pilots are lifers and not flowing - that is a good number everyone seems to use

Assuming you're already at PSA, there's a viewable preference list on the employee portal, somewhere under the flight department section. It'll bring you to the old website in which you can set your preference, and there's also a link toward the bottom of the page that will show you other preferences (though this list tends to be a bit out of date).

I haven’t taken the cog yet, so not sure how you know if you fail. But when I was told by someone you only get one shot, it definitely made me leery about taking it. But that’s just can’t be right, I don’t think. Even Delta will let you reapply after 3 months (source: failed deltas cog)

55ish lifers, SIM instructors, management, COB guys out of the top 160ish that are currently on the list. The other 105 ish of the top 160 have either flowed, are on MED leave, PER status because they have taken other jobs, or will be out the door by NOV.
Total seniority list is a bit over 1800 pilots right now.
