Wow, that's pretty good compared to the 3 to 5 we've been getting. Maybe those bonuses are working after all.

Should've taken the retention bonus too.

This is always the case. Regional hopping keeps the regional standard low af.

Every pilot must evaluate what is the best for them. Career progression, payrates, schedule, and quality of life are all variable and subjective at an individial perspective. Many variables are unpredictable in this imdustry, and what is important to you may not be as much so to another.

Selfishly I wish every pilot junior to me would stay on at PSA and every pilot senior to me would move on elsewhere. Empathetically, I wish we would all be paid what we are worth and be given what we were promised. Neither are the situation here currently.

A year from now you will be wishing you left a year sooner I'll bet. You're doing exactly what parker wants you to do ,keep providing him cheap lift for the next 10-12 years at his wo's.
Nothing wrong with making a move to better yourself and make more money, fly better equipment, get an additional type rating.
Or stay put and let parker brainwash and pimp you some more.
So many people are being hired by American outside of any type of flow until it's not even funny. If the wo"s aren't able to stay properly staff either some planes will go elsewhere or the so called flow will stop all together or both.
It's only a matter of time.Leave now or wait a year and WISH you would have left now.

Keep sitting there telling people "-1 point" or "stand up for yourself" when the chief pilot tells you "do it or be disciplined" have fun standing up for yourself.

Continue to live in a dream world where PSA does not violate our contract.
All that means is you don't know the contract, and shame on you. You either be ready to bring it or just keep quiet and do what you are told. You don't need to do a damn thing that a bunch of sellouts are telling you to do. It's either in the book or its not.
