It was the 1980s and I was on the ramp working an inbound flight from MSP and was told the Flight Attendant had the comat bag with our paychecks. So I walked into the cabin and asked her "where's the comat?"
Her reply was " I don't know, but I have a brush you can use."

Oh that’s golden. Dash days landing in lga, a crew parked by the hangar that’s gone now. they had two organs in a cooler in the cockpit, CA decided safer to transport and Ambo would be meeting the plane. upon landing FA opened door and the EMT came up and asked “Are you the lifeguard flight?” FA got on the pa and asked in a frantic voice “Is there a lifeguard onboard? we need a lifeguard!” She earned that nickname 10 fold. As the prop turns....

Flying between Bangor ME and Boston......Ding....”a passenger wants to know what body of water we are over”......I replied “I believe it’s the Atlantic Ocean”
