YOUR Top 5 Regionals to work for
#91
I was waiting for this topic to come up.
I only have four, maybe five airlines, national and regional that I consider decent. A few have been mentioned.
They all stink in pay, they all have operational problems (dispatch, ramp help, quality of pilots and in-flight, etc.) they all mave management problems, they all have tight bidgets, (not spending enough money to solve the problems . . . not enough tugs, belt loaders, computers and printers for crew check-ins,) they all have key employees without degrees or experience in their jobs, wrong people in the wrong jobs, . . . .

Ellen, I have been reading your posts for a while. Some are vibrant like the one about the American Airlines pilots striking others just streams of negativity about the profession... You seem so bothered and upset by what is being done to pilots today so here's my question...why don't you go out and do something about it?...we're all waiting for that Messiah who will go out and reshape the industry into what it was during the "glory days"...you sound like you have the solutions so go make it happen...

#2) Your answer is part of the problem . . . "We're ALL WAITING for the Messiah." In that case keep waiting. Like many of you, you all want to wait instead of make things happen in whatever way you can. . . .
Wait for a break (instead of make your own break)
Wait for an airline job (Instead of plug away by researching and sending out resumes and attending interviews),
Wait for circumstances in your life to change (vs. changing them on your own)
I have given you all more than plenty of suggestions for things to do, many small simple items that just require some time . . . . but apparently you're WAITING for something easier in order to participate.

People have been asking that question for as long as I've been on APC. I'm still waiting for an answer but she's really good at "Escape and Evade" procedures. About 5+ months ago she jokingly said she was a Vermiculturalist. I now think she fly’s her earthworms around in a CJ1. LOL!
Just a little humor, no offense Ellen.
