My friends at Endeavor and Republic HATE it right now. They got hired outside the dream. (EDV with their ridiculous sim scheduling, and RPA with their class date delays). I have 200+ hours more than they do, and we had roughly the same start date.

Back then Republic was a disaster zone just about to enter bankruptcy, Endeavor barely even existed (they were still using Flagship as their callsign etc), and Skywest was the lowest paying regional of them all.
Eagle also was a well respected regional to work at way before the 2011 and mergers.
At one point in time, Comair was THE place to be. Things move fast in the regional playground.
