As crew it's riskier because booze and bedrooms are inevitably freely available. Witnesses are often not available. Not like going to the corner pub after work at 5:30 with ten co-workers.

I think I need to apologize. I didn't realize I was in the company of such pilot studs (young AND old!) It must be tough to have to fight off the crazies who want to bang you , then cry rape.

The are creeper pilots out there too, and I'm sure the FA's are having a similar conversation over on their forum. But we have to look at it from our perspective.
