No one is insinuating anything. I'm curious as to how they plan to do this with such short rank and file available. (H46BUBBA...feel free to comment here. Your oppinion is welcome.)

DIVER DRIVER, thanks for your response. I believe you might be right. So far, it is the only explanation that makes sense.
The company will just suck up the cancellations and abuse the crews more. The fall schedule is going to be pretty slim, even for Delta mainline.

What are these TVs for or where are they going? I've heard rumors of the lounge in concourse A but not sure. I almost wrote them a little note telling them how angry I was to be the one unloading their TVs but I decided to save face and vent on here.
Its so the Comair Gestapo can see you better with the spy cams in the crew lounge

I hear the reduction will be 25% to 30% for the fall. Good luck to all.

That makes sense and totally suxs. I'm convinced more furloughs are coming. Possibly more than double the amount already furloughed. This is my opinion, not a rumor, nor a fact. Just opinion. Hope I'm wrong.

I'm sorry to say that, but I think you are correct. I guess we will hear about the reduction and the next round of furloughs on the next JB call.

Employee meetings are scheduled at gate A1 on the 15th and a conference call and another meeting are scheduled in the GO shortly after that.

I would say enough that somewhere deep down inside, the mainline pilots are wondering how secure their group is if there is any more draw downs. I guess the DL Investors call is on Thursday, so that should give us some insight as to where things are headed for the fall. Ng4 didn't have much to say other than he still doesn't know what the fall schedule is yet on todays "feel good" call. Though RA sent him an official letter stating that they weighed all the option when it came to the new flight benefits. Not going to budge!
