Maybe they are annoucing SB's "retirement" from Comair. Heard he is throwing a fairwell dinner for himself next week and branding it as a retirement. I think the are running him out of town. Think they are tired of the negativity that SB and DS have created over in the GO.

1. 100% on time performance was great...keep up the good work

2. Transition to DTW was smooth, i would like to thank everyone involved

Yes I mean SB. That is the word on the street from my sources. One of them saw his dinner invitation. Maybe this out with the old and in with the new that Comair needs.

I'm not sure where you got that impression from. Having flown with SB many many times, he is definitely not a negative person. He's actually quite gung-ho. He'll tell you how it is, and how things hopefully will be.

Having said that, I believe he was overshadowed by DS. If he is actually departing, it might be due to the fact that the company hired from outside rather from within to replace DS.
