Dear Boomer,

Thank you for taking the time to submit your resume to Alaska Airlines.

Your qualifications have been reviewed for the position of First Officer. Unfortunately, you were not selected for further consideration at this time.

I guess a GED, no ATP, and two DUIs aren't good enough for them.
Sorry to hear that Boomer. Did you send you're resume to the Comair MEC?

I guess you finished the application?

Their system was so horrible I couldn't get logged on the first day. The second day, I had everything filled out 3 TIMES. Then when I went to do the education part (which still seemed to have technical issues), the system locked up and wiped out all my other information. After 6 hours of this and not meeting the mins, I gave up....glad to hear it sounds like I made the right decision and didn't waste any more of my time....

Keep banging on the doors everywhere if you want out of Comair. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Nope. That is only required training for regional pilots who love drinking Delta's Kool Aid.
