I don't see the point of sitting ready reserve when there isn't any flying. I'd go home and stay there. Actually... I wouldn't be there at all to begin with.

Yea Comairs' hiring decisions are, well, hard to figure out. Seems as if the guy with 408tt has PIC Turbine experince, not sure if he took the jet transition or not.
I remember Ralph told us if we are not selected this time to try again in 6 months, so all who were not selected, are you going to re-apply again or look for something else? Who knows in 6 months we may all be on the street!! OIL OIL OIL!! Man what a killer!!

My friend got on with 33 multi 3 weeks ago.... granted he had like 1700 TT........ I got on with 50 multi last april

Yea, Im trying to get to 50 right now. Im going to knock it out in one day and have a buddy of mine who is a FO there at comair send my stuff in again. Hope I can get on before the music stops on me.

Airlines are weird that way.....they'll hire some 1000 hour CFI, but turn down a 5000 hour Citation pilot.

thats because the 5000 hour citation pilot will tell them where to stuff it when they try to get him/her to break the regs.

So what r the chances that Comair will get contracts for other carriers...especially foreign....and allow us to do regional flying for a european carrier...kinda like Express jet is in the process of negotiating now?
