No, I was here and yes, I was furloughed. And I am fully aware of how ridiculous the whole process was. A three month furlough followed by hiring 2 months after we returned made it perfectly obvious that the furlough process was simply a scare tactic during contract negotiations.

With that said, I think they (just a shot in the dark, who knows honestly what really was intended) knew perfectly well what they were doing and didn't just arbitrarily decided to lay 150 pilots off. It costs money to furlough an excess of pilots.

Also, you are correct when you talk about the junior manning and timing out during the furlough. But, keep this in mind, when I came back it took 3 months back on the line for me to credit above 20 hours. So that tells me maybe we did have to many.

This is probably true, comair did set a limit on how many they wanted to hire..and so far the classes have been full and running for a month and 1/2 strong. They're probably already booked through july and filling august now, so they'll shore up hiring in the next few weeks, and the last class will be run in august. Since they said they wanted to hire 300 or so, i'd say this isn't bad news..just neutral.

Take it as good news that they're not sending people home!

I don't think its anything to worry about.

Can't back it up with facts, but for some reason I don't feel like impending doom is on its way like I did last month with AE.

See y'all in class.

Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or
Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On June 20, 2008, Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it received a Nasdaq Staff Determination letter (the "Notice") on June 18, 2008, indicating that the Company fails to comply with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5) (the "Rule"). Therefore, in accordance with Marketplace Rule 4450(e)(2), the Company has been provided 180 calendar days, or until December 15, 2008, to regain compliance. If, at anytime before December 15, 2008, the bid price of the Company's common stock closes at $1.00 per share or more for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, the Company will have regained compliance with the Rule.
The Notice also states that if the Company does not regain compliance with the Rule by December 15, 2008, Nasdaq Staff will provide the Company written notification that its securities will be delisted. In the event of such a notification, the Company intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to review the Staff Determination. There can be no assurance the Panel will grant the Company's request for continued listing.
The Notice arises as a result of the fact that for the last 30 consecutive business days, the bid price of the Company's common stock has closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued inclusion under the Rule. Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits
(d) Exhibits.
