Okay, I may be a little slow here, but help me out with this. It says that after the bid there should be:
CRC 321-347
JRC 91-98
CRF 434-469
JRF 185-200
Why have so many F/Os? (twice the amount of captains) Or is THIS the figure on the furlough?

Ummm... that's why we are going to have so many FOs, because CA are getting downgraded, which means some people will get furloughed.
