I truely don't mean anything negative to you personally by this answer. I get the same crosseyed look every time I explain it to someone. Pilots are a little dazed and confused by it, but flight attendats' heads almost explode when I say it.

Believe it or not, there are other positions at Comair outside of Captains, First Officers, and Flight Attendants. Most pilots are hired straight into a pilot job. This is my third (maybe fifth, depends on how you want to count the ranks) position at Comair. I worked my way up through the ranks.

Yeah, I can see you telling CAs, FAs, etc. that you have been here 4+ years. Bur how long as a pilot? No wonder they are "a little dazed and confused by it"...

Once again, I'm pretty sure I never said "this post." I'll let you and PAOK determine the correct location

Couple guys just flew over, so I guess CVG isn't on a ground stop anymore. Do the # signs on the reserve list mean that someone has bid to fly?

No GS, they're just landing 20/hour instead of the standard 108. Sucks for the controllers having to work blind. If I remember correctly, they lose them below 6000ish
