I thought it could be reduced to 1800TT and 1300 with the company if you do the mentorship thing and 200 hrs OE...which would put you at 2000TT/1500 company once you were line released as a capt.

No, upgrade minimums may be reduced to 2000 TT with 1500 Pinnacle time if you complete the mentorship program. The 1800/1300 you are referring to are the mins to participate in the mentor program - which is not OE. There certainly is not 200 hours of OE...

Mentor program is a joke if you haven't heard from someones who's done it already. Decision making is hard to teach and usually comes from PIC experience.

Unfortunately, this program is for the JET-U and 200 hour wonders; who have very little PIC time.

On a side notes. I saw a pilot with a "Jet Pilot" lanyard on. Does Jet U give though out?

I got turned down for the mentor program because I am too "high time". Brilliant!

Did he also have spiked hair highlights, a red backpack, lunchbox, sunglasses on in the terminal, leather jacket in MEM in June, and multiple Boeing stickers on his flight case?
