Flow is flowing. 4 march, 5 April and 4 May. Upgrades going on and new instructors being hired as they are gearing up for the ERJ's for Jan. 2016

Endeavor sounds like a better option.
If flying a jet is someones desire, you'll be doing so right from the start, and you'll make a lot more money.

The pay is't very good.
What's top pay for the EMB175?
+/- 93/hr?
And you say the 145's don't show for almost another year.
What does the flow go to with the arrival of jet aircraft?

-We don't fly 175's and won't
-Flow increases with the number of pilots on property not the number or type of aircraft, will jump again in a few months.
-If we don't get jets we keep the flow.
-Great healthcare, good 401k, great work rules, upgrade under 3 years.
-no 12/4 pay cap on the dash
