Now that's terrible.....

Don't you have to place your 'No' vote on a contract your union said wasn't concessionary???

Billyho the fact that your referencing Dave chappelle, means that you may not be the cold hearted cyborg of a person I take you for, you may actually be a cool guy. Cheers man!

Are there any actual PDT pilots or pilots that someone know that have flowed to AA, or are in the near future to flow?

Of course the flow isn't fake. The airline will fold before you ever set foot on american airlines property.

Talked to an Airways sim guy that rode the JS the other day. PDT is flowing guys. However, they are the super senior guys right now that have been on the Dash for forever, so according to him they tend to really struggle through the training, with some even not making it through.

What happens if you don't make it through training at AA? Do you flow back? There will always be a percentage of folks who may hit a glitch in training. With the right attitude, a mature training organization should be able to handle it with some extra training.

Yes they are super senior but that changes by the end of this year. As for struggling ask that same instructor how bad there DC-9 guys did coming from that to the Airbus. Those US Airways guys were on the 9's for over 20 years. Few of the 737 guys also struggled some in training. Anybody that been on the same equipment for 20 years will struggle some with seeing a leap of technology for the first time. They already have incredible stick and rudder skills they just need the push the right button and trust it skills now and that can be tough on old birds.

The flow is working WONDERFUL!!!! Thanks for asking!!
