How often is Piedmont interviewing and running classes? I'm thinking about applying in the near future.

I'm not sure, someone with more knowledge can post. They have had two classes a month right now and I don't see them stopping at all throughout next year after the first ERJ shows up.

Remember we are looking to double in size over the next year.

That flow would be fairly quick at 48 a year with 475 pilots. (Assuming one gets in fairly quick) Taking into account senior guys not wanting to flow as well as attrition elsewhere. Am I figuring that right?

That's why I took the job here.... The top 80ish have all opted to stay at Piedmont (for now).

So will you stay on the dash and upgrade on the dash or will you try and bid the ERJ? I'm assuming the dash upgrade would come quicker?

I would say if you have 1000 hrs part 121 the upgrade in either will be really quick. 2016 is going to be crazy here. And further, anyone on the list by the end of the year will be in a pretty good spot.

Will the PHL base go fairly senior or junior? How would life be for a new FO commuting from CMH?

No idea, initial award for PHL Dash comes out next week and we will know better.

I don't commute so someone who does can answer better. Check how many flights from CMH to PHL and back and that will tell. I imagine 4 or more you should be ok?

Interviewing a couple times a week and 2 classes a month.

As for PHL if it takes a couple months to get it, so what? By the end of 2016 it's going to be a 300 pilot base. You'll get there!
