How many 145 FOs projected per month? Are many FOs bidding the 145 or are they holding out for dash CA positions?

As far as commutability and qol is concerned, would it be better to be based in MDT with no reserve or PHL with reserve?

1-2 a month. Its really hard to tell man. After 4-5 planes we will have a trend. All depends on the person.

Thank you very much. ROA will be my first choice. My class date is in late February, so if the wait between ground school and sims remains as long as some people are saying it is, it seems the seniority to hold my first choice would be possible before reaching SOE. Hopefully.

You'll get ROA very fast. By the time you get done with SOE with the flow there will probably be another 8-12 Captains gone and that movement alone will get you ROA. That plus people will be bidding the Jet. Congrats and enjoy the ride!

Anybody care to explain how premium trips work? I see there is double prem as well.

So if i was to pick up an 8 hour credit trip it would be worth 16? Plus the 4 hours of premium? Or is it just 16? I was told that each day of the trip is an extra 4 hours of pay. Somebody break it down for me please lol

Kinda confusing.

Premium is an additional 4 hours per day, so double premium would be 8 per day. That would be on top of the normal credit value of the trip. So if you pick up a 20 hour 4 day trip that's double premium you would be paid 52 hours for the trip.
