I think the 300's were extended till 2018. American owns all the 100's and I've heard they've made it clear they want to keep flying them longer. There's still a great nitch for a Turbo Prop and especially those that are outright owned. Again that's all based on staffing.

7-8 years ago Piedmont FO's had that same look. We know all too well. Hopefully it turns around for you guys as well. Anything new on that front with the TA?

Actually that was the look on many of my FO's when those Republic 175's started showing up taxing by us. :-)

Looks like the least senior captain at MDT is a 12/3/13 hire. I'm guessing that will change with the rapid movement though.
