I wonder if they are paying it out all at once? Before, you got the 121 up to 10K bonus first day of indoc and then the other 5K partial after training and then the other part after one year.

Doesn't matter to me. I'm not getting this bonus. It's disappointing because instead of competitive payrates they just keep upping the bonus.

Hopefully this wasn't the result of the pilot survey.

Completely understand. This whole bonus thing is just going to cause people to come, then jump ship to another carrier to do the same thing. Doesn't seem like the plan was meant to keep people, just get them in. I guess "if it works for one it should work for all" mentality is in full effect.

I don't think it was the result of the underwear survey. All of the other WOs announced the same bonus on the same day. It's an AAG thing.

That's plausible.

I keep telling myself that it's just a matter of time. If Parker HAS to pay someone competitive pay rates, why not his own feed?

I ain't competitive for a legacy/fedex yet, but the apps are out. Can't win the lotto if you don't play.

it is what it is. 15k is a pretty attractive number to be honest. plus flow etc. Idk man as long as ALPA keeps the regionals so divided it doesnt matter. AAG will do what they want. Theyll pay more when they have to. They dont have to yet...maybe someday.
