Yes constant communication from the top is needed.. Especially right now with so many rumors. That's character and leadership and will go along way to disgruntle pilot group that has been beaten up for so long. I really don't know some of those old timers did here.. Made of metal.

I can't seem to make this crew shortage add up. On my reserve days, I rarely get called out to fly. So it cost me money to go to work, at this point I'd look forward to going back to training because at least my rooms would be paid for!!!
