Take that for what you will.

How long have you been waiting?

Could not be farther from the truth. Most recent guys going into SOE waited about 1.5 months from their checkride. No saying some didn't get in earlier, but everyone waits at least a month, as of right now

Up in Harrisburg they are turning them out quickly it seems.. Last week I talked to a guy in the crew room got three days between LOE and SOE. The week before it was 4 weeks to another guy. All I know is there are a ton of new faces around.

I'm glad they got some bodies in the June class as well. I wasn't expecting that many. Still, pay better get more bodies!!

One of the issue is not enough soe capt, JP need to select and train more. Losing one soon for the flow and another one next month.

The pull down of block hour this summer should help us to get back on our feet and get all the back log done in training before we can go full steam ahead. I think the update letter from our new ceo is a great sign for us, I'm cautiously optimistic about what's ahead.

Yes constant communication from the top is needed.. Especially right now with so many rumors. That's character and leadership and will go along way to disgruntle pilot group that has been beaten up for so long. I really don't know some of those old timers did here.. Made of metal.
