I'm tired. Just staight fatigued... I did. 4 day with 24 legs.. And at least 2 swaps a day.. I'm just plain exhausted. I drive home and it takes three hours extra because I'm so tired and have to pull off the road and rest my eyes.. I get into mdt and 2335 and than drive 3 hours...
My friends who fly 121 laugh at me. They can't believe what I do..
I'm doing my taxes and makes me cry with how little I make... I can work for Starbucks and make more money..

They are better so far. The 145 will have better scheds. Just due to the nature of the routes.

Is the dash benefiting from PHL basing with the schedule or is it still the pain train?
I could drive to SBY or MDT once I started, but if the schedule is significantly better I would probably just try to commute to PHL for the increased quality of life. If I have the flow to fall back on, I really wouldn't care about racking up the flight hours at the sacrifice of QOL.

Take a LOA or something if its that bad man. If its so bad that you are feeling that way then do sonething before it drives you crazy. I mean i know its not great right now schedule wise...but good God the benefits, pay, and career progression are far better than most. We still have the quickest flow. Just remember how much it would suck to not have that and be waiting in 4 hour lines at every job fair just to beg for a job.

Any SBY FOs here care to comment on how many credit hours they are getting per month? SBY would be where I'd like to be since I'm from there and can literally walk to the airport from my parents house!

How fast will the flow be if PDT only has 2 people per class show up? Isn't the flow time projection based on growth?
I'm genuinely curious how big your seniority list is currently and how many are flowing per month.

The flow is based on the number of pilots on the list. Next month we will be up to 4 a month. And no they are not having trouble hiring. The bonus for 121 will help as well. The flow goes up to 5 at 600.

The flow is a wonderful thing if you think it will be there the 5+ years a newbie will have to wait to flow. Just remember-its going to be 5+ years with basically 11 days off a month flying 3-6 legs a day on average. Not the worst thing imaginable but not a winning lottery ticket either. Probably the same at PSA/Envoy-I have no idea.
