Something tells me he does. He's older than you, and works at a major airline. I would guess he has a pretty good understanding of our industry.

Another mature, and well written statement; however. You ERAU kids are making yourselves look bad.

I did not read the contract. I'm just saying the the 900's r owned by Delta and they can do whatever they want with them. Read tne news article.

Freedom currently operates seven CRJ-900 regional jets for Delta Connection, with a further seven aircraft scheduled to enter service by May 2009. The Company subleases the Aircraft from Delta for $1 per month per aircraft and these aircraft will be returned to Delta in connection with this termination with no further financial obligation to Mesa.

It says they sublease them from Delta, which to my understanding means Delta leases them themselves. So basically neither of them really own them. I guess it comes down to how much ownership Mesa has on flying the birds and Delta just pulling them and giving them to someone else. CAL doesn't own the planes XJT flies, they lease them. We had control over them if CAL wanted to pull them from us. Hence the Branded and Delta flying we did recently. CAL is paying to park the 135's we fly and no one else can fly them unless it is us if CAL wants to bring them back after parking them for 12 months.

Default Mesa fails to file 2008 Q3 results (April-June 2008)

Looks like Q3 report(April to June) is delayed again. The explanation for the delay, in the report, is as follows:

"The Company anticipates that it will report a consolidated net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2008, compared to consolidated net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2007. The Company is unable to quantify the first quarter net loss as of the filing of this report."

NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING

Damn your talking about us being immature but look at you two. But then again SLICE and PAXHAULER never said anything immature while being a big ole airline pilot so we need to respect them and bow down to them
Stop writing like a three year old. Start with that and we can start treating you "punks" like grown-ups!

Delta has control of all the 900's and they will do whatever they wish with them. Some of them will go to Comair but most will go to Skywest.
