CRJ-900 Financing
We and our wholly owned subsidiary, Comair, have entered into agreements to borrow up to an aggregate of $580 million to finance a substantial portion of the purchase price of all CRJ-900 aircraft which have been delivered or which remain on firm order as of September 30, 2008. We guarantee payment on behalf of Comair. Our obligations under these debt agreements are secured by the underlying aircraft.
A separate loan for each CRJ-900 aircraft is issued upon delivery of that aircraft. Our obligations under these agreements will be due in installments over 15 years after delivery. The loans under these agreements will have various maturity dates and bear interest at a floating rate based on LIBOR plus a margin.
As of September 30, 2008, a total of $392 million of borrowings were outstanding under these agreements.

 

guys, what is posted on APC is what you tell them to post, right now i could tell them that Pinnacle is getting 40 DC 9's and thats what APC would say tomorrow.

I have a solid source in side the Pinnacle training dept. who told me they were getting 40 DC-9s

 

I just heard from the van driver that Mesaba is getting 9 DC-40's - any truth to that rumor?

Just in...they decided to raise it to 41 DC-9's going to Pinnacle.

But.........they will be flown by Colgan.

 

I love it that everytime an XJ rumor pops up everyone else eventualy bring the thread down to Earth and into "you all sound like high school girls talking about the flying you're getting" reality.

 

Yep I agree with the DC9's. I know of 51 that are coming available very soon! They will have to be converted back to pax configuration and have the yellow paint taken off.
