Good luck, unless Delta has modified ASA's agreement you will not be moving that many in. Remember, ASA takes 80% of all flying in ATL per their contract. Are we taking over some of your bases in exchange as to spread the DCI Carriers? This rumor seems like bs unless DAL is totally restructuring the system and changing contracts.

Things to remember:
If you hear something from a pilot... its probably not true.
If you hear something in the schoolhouse... its almost definately not true.
At Pinnacle the Director of Standards (i think) FF came in (to the schoolhouse) and said we will definately be operating for Delta out of LAX and SLC. Now look at where we are in ATL...
Moral of the story... even higher ups at the regionals don't know shiot.
No one, espicially anyone who has the time to post on here knows what is happening... espicially if it came from the schoolhouse.

It says Mesaba is getting these birds on the quicktake.
This is unbelievable. All the low paid regionals are getting all this new flying and we at ASA are downgrading captains to FO. When the hella is ASA going to get some reward for going from crap to an ontime respectable airline. Does 80% of ATL DCI flying not mean a thing after a merger??
Losin my motivation to fly ontime pretty fast here.

In this day and age money talks, as long as you have halfway decent performance. Mesa had such horrendous performance it wasn't worth the cheap price to Big D. Mesaba and Pinnacle bring excellent performance at a low cost. That's something ASA will have a very hard time beating.

Did you perhaps mean c'mon? There are so many posts with misspelled words I am beginning to think that it is epidemic among pilots.

I love how someone from your company already sent an update to airline pilot central so it would appear on the profile when there hasn't even been an official release. Whomever that was obvioulsy had to be the first one to say that they got more airplanes.
