I just interviewed with ASA/ExpressJet a few days ago and though I have another offer it would be my first choice. I don't know too much about the 121 jump seating / non rev world so how does this effect ExpressJet pilots?

Since ExpressJet doesn't let OAL pilots jump seat internationally do most airlines not allow ExpressJet pilots to jump seat internationally, etc?

No. CAL allows XJT jumpseaters International, we extend them the FA jumpseat and they do not us...so they allow us to jumpseat internationally. It is not that XJT pilots don't want it, but my understanding is the way the intl jumpseat is administered we just cant do it even if we wanted to.
