They've probably had that vac/disp bid waiting to go for weeks.... kinda like when they closed your Boston base with a vac/disp bid the same evening the union rejected some codomicile concesssion; right....

I was just kidding and having fun with the previous poster who wondered how long it would be until someone asked the question. I am actually already at Eagle and have been using the Long-Term leave for the past year and have 4 more to go until I return.

Didn't they furlough because the reserves weren't being utilized enough...
so, if they were hiring people with 290TT and they weren't flying... I bet they are correct that there are still a majority of the last batch of new hires with less than 1000TT

Theres 130 more vacancies than displacements. With everyone recalled, leaves about 50-60 empty positions. Sounds like a small, selective bit of hiring. Interesting to note the VACANCY for DFW CA/FO CRJ. Maybe they won't reduce Dallas CRJ flying to 2 jets.

Well I don't care what the company said about not using rsv "enough" I was hired in April 28th of 08 and furloughed in June 1st 09. Taking into account that I had the three months of initial with no flight time and I also bid part time lines once and a zero time line once. I dropped days and stayed home as much as I could because rsv was brutal and still ended up with over 600 hours of flight time total with the company. So if any FO's are under 1000 it can't be by much.
