Also, I've been flying a Caravan....will they ask system questions on my last aircraft flown, or since it was a single-engine they might just ask questions regarding my last twin, or even the EMB145 flown 3 years ago

Thank again.
They asked me what twin I instruct in, then he said what is the last plane on the last line of your log book. I told him the C-172, and he asked really basic questions on it. Not that big of a deal just know one really well and konw the important stuff on the others. I wont stress over it too much and you will be fine.

You need to think about the big picture. Remember that instructing carries a lot of liability that follows you around, years after you quit, even. Do you want to fly 121 or instruct for a living? That said, plenty of folks do both...I would keep it real quiet if I were you.

Nothing new. AMR Board of Directors are scheduled to meet toward the end of March. Beginning of April we should hear something. With the oil situation it could de-rail any divestiture plans again.

Default Interview Question

I just scheduled my interview for a week from today, and I'm slowly realizing that it may not be enough time to get together all of the required paperwork. The only one I'm particularly worried about is a certified letter of no record from a state that I lived in the last 5 years but had no drivers license. DMV says it will take at least 10 days to process. Did anyone experience a similar situation? I know that any potential tentative offer would most likely be delayed until I can get them the paperwork after my interview, but are they okay with this or will it hurt my chances? Would I be better off looking to extend my interview a couple of weeks or coming in missing something (with explanation as to why and confirmation that it's on the way) just to get the interview over and expedite a potential class date?

Definitely give the recruiter a call and let them know your situation. However, it is not a deal breaker they will just give you what they call homework. Which you need to get any remaining items you are missing.
Just make sure you do call them though.

Hey, anyone who's been through it...regarding this English Proficiency endorsement on your commercial or ATP. Anybody have any info on that? I mean, I checked the box on the 87-10 saying I read, write, and understand English, but I can't find a specific endorsement anywhere.
