I've had an app in for 2 weeks and haven't heard anything. I need someone to get my app/resume on top of a recruiter's desk. I'd be happy to help with the situation.. lol.

You really think it's gonna come to that?? I am curious what they are going to do since they obviously aren't relaxing their standards for new pilots even though they still are hurting for "qualified applicants". Even with the reduced times they are turning people away in large numbers. Something is going to have to be done to meet their hiring numbers.

I am an Eagle aspirant, so I follow this forum regularly,
Can U pls elaborate with what U mean by "they are turning people away in large numbers"
Do U mean they are washing people out in interview or what else they are doing to turn people away.....
If U mean standards are very high, what would would U consider as High standards versus normal standards.
Your opinion will help a lot of us prepare better......
