If you go below your guarantee, you can always pick up OT at 150% to bring you back up

That is true, but most OT lately has been 150 because of staffing. So, if he can pick up at 150, he'll be straight.

I wasn't offered an interview in April even though I've got 1300/150. I assume that happened because seven and a half years ago I was in an accident while acting as a CFI. All of my other information was current and correct so my best guess was the accident caused them to shy away.

Regardless, I got the email Thursday stating the new minimums for Eagle. I would really like to work for them because of their base in ORD. Is it likely they would reconsider me after not being interested three months ago? I've sent emails to the email address they listed several times, but never heard anything.

Better to find out now and move on if I'm road kill to them.

Best thing to do is call H. R. at 817-963-1144 and ask to speak to one of the pilot recruiters. They are on the level when it comes to those things so they should be able to assist you. All the Best!!! (The number I gave was posted on aviation interviews website.)

I have not, but I am very interested in hearing who has. I was hoping to get an email before yesterday, but it didn't happen. I am am a current CFII working on MEI, 4 year degree, military history, etc., etc., with 1300/80, but I also have a blemish on my record from five years ago that might make them over-look me. I hope they don't though... Anyone who gets an email/call for an interview while below 800TT or 100 ME please keep us updated.
