Valente was emailing out access code. No idea what the topic is, just a really odd time for a telecon. I'll post details if I get any.

First, Eagle has not been spun off or sold. AMR has been selling or spinning eagle everytime they were in contract talks. So, best advice is to wait until they actually do something instead if simply threatening.
Second, last I checked there is no exclusive contract with eagle from AMR. in fact, until and if they are separated they dint even have more than a one page contract... which says they do what AA/AMR says. Third, Obsolete aurcraft according to who? That idiot Boyd?? A wise man once said, nobody ever went broke flying too small am airplane. The same can't be said for too large an airplane. Fourth, AMR's theoretical plan is to transfer the planes to AA along with the majority of the debts by buying them from Eagle.... So, eagle gets a pile if cash and can buy what they want. |

Dude, we have non-rev ability on United/CAL/US Airways, plus whom ever else that has CASS/ID90's/ZED FARES ect. This includes, wives, family members, companions (girlfriend or other) It's not a huge issue.

Ya and when you travel on UAL, what are you BP8C??? How many times have you and your wife/gf been left at the gate watching every united employee, parent, wife, kid, and even sometimes companion get on the flight?? At AMR we are all the same priority code for boarding, whether AA or AE when we NONREV, and it is based on check in time. If I check in 30 seconds before a 777 captain for AA, I would get on the AA flight first, when NON REVING. You can not beat that.

Yeah, you like that now. Hopefully you'll still enjoy it when YOU are the 777 captain and have paid your dues at the company for XX years and some little punk ERJ FO gets on the plane before you do!

As far as I know it is not possible to complete the RF 100 forms on the iPad because you need the ability to delete the first couple lines (from making the request on saber). On a pc it's HOME Key, [shift] DELETE twice, and then use the TAB key thru the form then the form will submit.
I have to use the hotel pc or AVRS when I'm away from home. My iPad works great for everything else. |

I am having flashbacks of the Colonel's wife wearing his rank. Lady you have so much to learn about this industry. (we all do) but just a month ago you didn't know what an airplane was (exaggerating a bit) and now you chime this in. The system works on priority of who checks in first. That way is fair for everyone. If you really need to get there you get a pass that will put you ahead of all other non revs. And if you are in the middle of a connection then you will also be aged in the line. If they did what you are suggesting then people would walk up to the counter 20 before departure and try to get onthe flight asthey do with the j/s, that would make a night mare for commuters.
Looks like you were hired on late 2010, so you are obviously an expert on all things related to those big shiny things that fly through the sky. ;) |
