Damn I knew I should have done the 3 years to make the O-5 pay count. I HATE THE HIGH THREE retirment system.

First, it's the only leather jacket the company allows us to wear. I think a lot of those third party jackets look cheap.

Second, to me it's worth the money, especially if you commute. It eliminates the need to pack sweaters, long overcoat, etc. Just remove all the goodies and you have a something to wear out on the overnights.

Third, get one with the removable liner.

Try Pops leather, they offer the jacket in goat or sheep skin. You do not have to get the embroidery of an Eagle aircraft if you do not want to. Pops lets you customize your jacket a little more than Peri... whatever their name is.

Training is so backed up, expect them to finish IOE 8 months from now.
