Displacement letters have been distributed to instructors on all equipment at the AE school house.

What does that mean for Eagle?

I'm not sure. I smell displacements across the system, but that costs money.

my guess is they are expecting no new hires for a good while so they wont need as many instructors which means the instructors will be displaced back to the line.
