The court will be looking for a lower cost subcontractor than Eagle.

Eagle is in house subcontracted to them selves, it is why everyone wanted so far to work here....now it all comes down to the point that AMR/BK will take a good chunk of the MD80 flying to a bigger RJ jet.....the question now is, that some ATR and 135.140 will get parked, and some flying will get sold out, now how much of this large chunk of new flying will goto eagle or another regional, and what will that final number look like for eagle compared to how it flies now.......other question is how much this airline can staff its number.......if you want a fast number, look over the next 4 weeks for a regional who is hiring 1000 pilots for the earlier half of 2012

Also dont forget Eagle is just as much in the BK court with AMR as AA......if AMR wants to sell off Eagle and their flying,.....well then they might as well sell off all mainline flying to the lowest bidder like J6 too, since its the same cookie....you cant play the card on the regional you spent all your money on, and not the mainline domestic airline you wanted to sell out to jetblue...............my point is not one person knowns which of the 50 cards that will be played.......so lets just wait and see

"for one TSA does not fly for EGL. Two XJ was a CAL wholly owned not NWA whoever said that. Last I checked CAL has not seen BK since the 90s, yet XJ got spun" its on page 465

I'm guessing, but I believe he's referring to the airline code in reservations.

Actually, with your previous mistakes, lack of knowledge in the industry, and horrible writing skills we don't know what you mean.
