Well, that sentiment generally come from our more experienced lifer professional pilots that wants to fly the Airbus for $115/hr and stick the FOs with $40/hr because we need to pay our dues. I would say close to 100% of FOs in the regionals would not want to see this type of scale anywhere. OTOH, I know quite a few bitter senior CAs here that have so much hatred for the APA that they've said to me, "I hope they f'ing strike, I'll go over there and fly the 777."

Facts are facts. AA pays Eagle market rates for the feed service. That makes Eagle industry average. Eagle may have a smaller profit margin due to a more senior workforce being on higher step pay rates, but that doesn't change the fact that Eagle is industry average already.
OO = $78/hr
EV = $78/hr
G7 =$74/hr
US = $76/hr
YV =$70/hr
OH = $72/hr
MQ = $82/hr
Average = $75/hr
Eagle pay rates don't appear to be industry average on the captain side, could I be missing something? It looks like Eagle's captain rates are actually 8% above industry average. FO pay seems to be more on track with the competition.

Like I said, it's irrelevant since their MEC will give management whatever they want. They can expect significant cuts. BTW, the APC pay rates need to be updated badly. Use the actual contracts that are available at **************** to get accurate rates and work rules.

To be fair I believe Fed Ex has negotiated a A380 pay scale. The pay scale has to be setup before the aircraft comes on property. Now I'm not sure if they have any orders for them though.

AMR's most recent proposal to APA had payscales for numerous aircraft types that they don't currently operate including the 747.
It appears to me that the only person whose credibility is approaching zero is yours, Systemized. If you truly are in this industry you should know better...
