Yes, I knew plenty at Eagle like that. Sadly, it seems a new influx of fresh faced new-hires is following suit as demonstrated here.

8 Year CRJ-700 Captain pay rates:

OO = $78/hr
EV = $78/hr
G7 =$74/hr
US = $76/hr
YV =$70/hr
OH = $72/hr

MQ = $82/hr

Average = $75/hr

Eagle pay rates don't appear to be industry average on the captain side, could I be missing something? It looks like Eagle's captain rates are actually 8% above industry average. FO pay seems to be more on track with the competition.

Doesn't change the fact that Eagle only gets paid an industry average by AA. Eagles costs may be higher due to some variations, but the company has been profitable ten out if the last twelve years according to their own federal filings. 2001-2002 were the exceptions.

Like I said, it's irrelevant since their MEC will give management whatever they want. They can expect significant cuts. BTW, the APC pay rates need to be updated badly. Use the actual contracts that are available at **************** to get accurate rates and work rules.

Once again you are wrong, the website you provided is outdated. Does Fedex operate A380s? I'm only interested in the facts and so far you have provided zero credibility.

That's right! Those Eagle guys get paid too much. I'll fly for half of their pay!

To be fair I believe Fed Ex has negotiated a A380 pay scale. The pay scale has to be setup before the aircraft comes on property. Now I'm not sure if they have any orders for them though.

+1

AMR's most recent proposal to APA had payscales for numerous aircraft types that they don't currently operate including the 747.
It appears to me that the only person whose credibility is approaching zero is yours, Systemized. If you truly are in this industry you should know better...

It's not just the rates, but the average longevity. Eagle has 500 or more pilots all topped out at 18 year scale making $100 an hour. Eagle wants to reduce all captains to the above averages, so those making $100 an hour will get reduced to $75 an hour or so that's the plan. No more 1/1 match on the 401(k) either, so that's big money saved.
