It's no secret that AA needs pilots and AE need to upgrades, both airlines are canceling flights on a regular bases due to staffing (on the Eagle side we have pilots but we are short on Captains) we could possibly see a vacancy bid soon. I hope so at least, but if don't then that means we will be loosing a lot of airframes because we are short across all fleets.

Man page 3.....what's this place coming to?
Looks like the ATR will only have 18 lines next month. I guess they can send those FO's back to training now.
Also, what's up with Key West ops? The other day I was told that we might as well call ourselves Silver Airways. I guess being late interiors their beer:30 plans.

Word on our side of the house is the Eagle MEC got taken by management and you guys are back to square one.
Hate to say it, but we've all been telling you that you can't play nice and trust AMR without getting burned.
Is your MEC still going to help management get concessions and then divest your jobs?
Why do you guys keep them in office? If you don't take action, it will be too late.... you guys will be the new Mesa.
At this point you're so screwed, you really need to either work with us towards one list, or get hold of Parker and arrange a TA with them. You need some bargaining power, and right now all you've got is an MEC that management has beaten into Stockholm syndrome.
We're going to get hosed too, but at least ours is a vast improvement from the term sheet.... Yours went back to square one because they know you have no other choice.
